Investigators back at fatal trench collapse to determine cause of the accident

HOUSTON ( FOX 26) - Investigators will be back at the scene of a construction accident in Cypress today to figure out how a teenager died.

This happened yesterday afternoon on Towering Cypress Street. Crews were working on a pipeline when a trench collapsed, killing the teen inside.

Authorities had to detain his brother at the scene after officers say he went into the trench to try and save him.

Crews are still trying to recover the body of that young boy.
