Inmate escapes hospital in northeast Houston
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - An inmate is said to have escaped police custody from a northeast Houston hospital.
According to authorities, the female inmate escaped from LBJ Hospital through the hospital's front entrance.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office and Houston Police Department have set up a perimeter and is searching for the escapee.
It isn't clear why the inmate was in the hospital.
