Harris County crime: DoorDash driver arrested after threatening to kill McDonald's employees

A DoorDash driver has been arrested after authorities said he threatened to kill McDonald's employees on Thursday.

What we know:

According to Harris County Constable Precinct 4, they were called out to a McDonald's in the 22800 block of Cypresswood in reference to a disturbance. 

When deputies arrived, they learned the suspect vehicle had already fled the scene.

Upon further investigation, they located the suspect's vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. 

The driver was later identified as Wister Cobas.

Authorities stated after additional investigation, Cobas became very aggressive after the the business declined to provide an order due to him refusing to provide proof of the delivery request. 

He then, according to officials, threatened to kill the employees. While making the threat, he made gestures indicating that he had a firearm. 

Cobas was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of terroristic threat. 

His bond was set at $100.
