H-E-B, committed to quality of its products, is issuing a precautionary market withdrawal for H-E-B 80% Lean Ground Chuck packaged in 5 lb rolls sold on May 4th in five area Houston H-E-B stores due to the possibility of out of date product being sold. There are no health or safety risks associated with this precautionary withdrawal.
Only the following H-E-B stores are impacted:
Bryan – Tejas Center: 725 Villa Maria Bryan, TX
Pearland: 2710 Pearland Parkway Pearland, TX
Bear Creek: 4955 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX
Summerwood: 12680 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Houston, TX
Livingston: 1509 West Church, Livingston, TX
The precautionary market withdrawal is isolated to only the stores listed above and affects the following:
