HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Ever since a cell phone video circulated of a campus officer dragging a female student through a South Carolina classroom, there has been plenty of differing opinions regarding whether or not the officer responded to the student appropriately. Community activist Quanell X and political consultant Angela Box, herself a former elementary school teacher, debate the topic.
