Comey. "I thank the commissioners and their staff for their efforts to help us better serve and protect the American public."
Former U.S. Attorney General was among the three experts who led the review, in addition to former Congressman and ambassador Timothy J. Roemer and Bruce Hoffman, a Georgetown University professor and author. The Commission visited many FBI offices throughout the U.S. and in foreign countries.
