De la Rosa Sosa in court this morning facing 4 charges in street racing crash
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The man accused of killing two people in a street racing crash made his first court appearance overnight.
21-year-old Alexis De la Rosa Sosa turned himself in yesterday.
Investigators say he was racing a Dodge Charger on Bammel North Houston at the Beltway when he ran a red light and t-boned a BMW.
The pastor Jesse Sabillon and his wife Maria were killed.
De la Rosa Sosa is charged with two counts of failure to render aid and 2 counts of felony racing
