Constables act of kindess goes viral

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Two deputies were approached by a homeless man standing in the roadway at the intersection of Richey Road and  IH-45 asking for money. The deputies found out that the man was down on his luck trying to get back to Seattle, Washington, and trying to get $100.00 from passing motorists. One of the deputies walked back to his patrol car and retrieved a $100 bill and gave it to the homeless man to get his bus ticket home. The deputies' generosity was recognized by the Constable and a commendation was entered and placed in the deputies personnel file.
