City of Houston launches informational website for Nov. 6 ballot
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The City of Houston has launched the "Houston Votes 2018" website with information about two city charter referendums on the November 6 ballot and voting information.

On the new website, voters can find an interactive map of town hall meetings about Proposition A & B, as well as the Power Point presentation show at the meetings.
The website had information in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Mandarin.
"It is very important that Houstonians know the facts regarding the upcoming election and the two propositions," Mayor Sylvester Turner said. "There are seven town hall meetings remaining and I invite Houstonians to join us to hear from department directors and me and ask any questions they may have."
