2 women struck by vehicle in Cypress: Pct. 4
Precinct 4 deputies are on the scene where two women were struck by a vehicle.
Deputies say the incident happened in the 13600 block of Copeland Oaks Boulevard.
The women are currently being treated by EMS, and the incident is still under investigation.
