According to court documents, Crawford and the victims’ mother were involved in an argument that started Sunday and continued into Monday morning. During the argument, the victims tried to help their mother. Armed with a kitchen knife, Crawford barricaded himself in the master bedroom with the victims’ mom, according to the documents.

At some point, the teens forced their way into the master bedroom in order to ask Crawford to leave the apartment. According to court documents, Crawford then stabbed both of the teenagers with the knife and left the apartment. He was quickly arrested.

Crawford faces murder and attempted murder charges.  He is being held without bond.
