11-year-old in stolen cement mixer leads police on high-speed chase

An 11-year-old Minnesota boy was arrested after he stole a cement mixer and led police on an hour-long chase.

KAAL-TV reported that the truck was stolen from a contractor in Dodge Center on Sunday afternoon. 

The juvenile suspect reportedly reached speeds of more than 70 mph, with a police helicopter tracking it.
