Pax Americana a debut Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

Pax Americana, which opened in Houston in 2014, will participate in Houston Restaurant Weeks for the first time. The event benefits the Houston Food Bank. With help from Houston Restaurant Weeks founder Cleverley Stone and restaurant owner Shepard Ross, Chef Martha De Leon demonstrates how to prepare grilled peaches and stuffed squash blossoms. Ross is offering a five-course dinner that is meant to be shared by two diners for $45 each with optional wine pairings. The restaurant will donate $7 from each dinner sold to the Houston Food Bank, which will generate 21 meals from the donation.
