During a visit to FOX 26 Morning News Extra, chef William Wright demonstrates how to prepare Cos salad, which contains ladolemono (a classic Greek vinaigrette dressing), baby lettuce, peas, fava and asparagus. The salad is one of the first course options available as part of the Houston Restaurant Weeks dinner menu at Helen in the Heights. The Greek restaurant is also offering a Houston Restaurant Weeks lunch menu. Houston Restaurant Weeks is an annual volunteer-driven charitable event that directly benefits the Houston Food Bank.
