HOUSTON (FOX26) - Friday Football Fever hits Spring and Angleton this week as students from Westfield High  and Angleton High schools showed FOX 26's Nate Griffin and Rashi Vats their school spirit.

The teams won't meet on the football field because they are in playoffs tonight but they are competing in the FOX 26 Friday Football Fever poll. Be sure to vote for your favorite.

While cheering on their team before the game a student at each school was recognized for their outstanding school spirit. At Angleton High the trophy went to student Tanner Davis and up in Spring at Westfield High School Areionna Ferguson received her award.

Westfield plays Klein tonight at 7PM at Leonard George Stadium in Spring and at the same time Angleton faces Kingwood Park at home in Wildcat Stadium.
