Scholarship foundation honors fallen Tomball baseball star

The Collins 8 Foundation was founded to honor Waylon Collins, a Tomball High School baseball player who, along with family members, tragically lost his life in a violent incident. In memory of Waylon, who wore jersey number 8, the foundation offers $8,000 educational scholarships to children affected by such tragedies.
