Friday weather forecast: Warm morning, then mostly sunny, breezy and hot
Finally, after a three week long heat wave, help is on the way Sunday through Wednesday with a daily round of rain and temperatures back in the 80s. Until then, today and Saturday will likely bring more low to mid 90s with breezy south winds and plenty of humidity. Models are hinting at some heavy rain on Tuesday, so we will keep an eye on that. In the tropics, everything remains quiet other than a broad area of low pressure over Central America that could bring flooding there.

Hot couple days followed by a welcomed front
A couple more hot and breezy afternoons, and then it's time to throw a party! We're dipping back into the 80s and breaking out of this multi-week heatwave. The weekend will be off to a very humid start, though rain chances look fairly minimal Saturday and mostly in the northern portions of our viewing area. As a front approaches late Saturday and stalls it keeps rain and storm chances in our forecast through midweek. Plan for rounds of rain, varying in intensity, and nonsevere storms through at least Wednesday possibly even Thursday which will bring a delightful dip in both daytime highs, and overnight lows.
