Two people familiar with the situation tell The Associated Press that Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson sustained a season-ending knee injury in practice on Thursday.

Major League Soccer released the following statement on Wednesday: Houston Dynamo goalkeeper Tyler Deric was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with misdemeanor assault in connection with an alleged domestic incident. Deric has been suspended pending investigations by MLS and the Houston Police Department.
