HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Houston Rockets coach Mike D'Antoni says Chris Paul will not play in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals.
Paul missed Saturday night's Game 6 against the Golden State Warriors because of a strained hamstring.
Paul was injured during Thursday night's Game 5 victory over the Warriors.
On Sunday, D'Antoni said doctor and trainers were "working on him 24 hours a day almost." D'Antoni said he would need to get the nod from the trainers, Paul and the doctors before Paul would be cleared to play, and said it would be a "game-time decision".
During a press conference on Monday, D'Antoni said, "Everybody came to the same conclusion, there was no way."
The Rockets lost Saturday night's Game 6 to the Warriors 115-86. The series comes down to Game 7 at the Toyota Center on Monday night.
