Machine: Katy beats North Shore 31-3 to advance to state semis

HOUSTON - The Katy Tigers dominated the North Shore Mustangs; winning 31-3 to claim the 6A, Division 1, Region 3 crown.

Katy lead 17-3 at the half and the Tigers defense never relented during the victory.

Katy quarterback Austin Marshall threw two touchdown passes, while star running back Deondrick Glass rushed for two scores of his own.

Katy will face Lake Travis in the state semi finals next week.
