Votes for District K special election come in

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - As of 9:50pm Saturday night Martha Castex-Tatum has won the special election for District K's city council seat.

Councilman Larry Green was found dead inside of his home on March 6 and the District K seat has since been vacant.

Castex-Tatum will finish the term through Jan. 1 of 2020.
