HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A woman captured video of a man driving a go cart on a busy Houston road at night.
“Things you see in Houston traffic,” Christa Midd wrote on Facebook.
Midd says she saw the man in the go cart on an I-10 feeder road at Federal.
The man did make it home safe.
