Recall initiated after complaints of sausage in product labeled ‘vegetarian’

The backstory:

The recall was initiated after two customers reported finding sausage in products labeled as vegetarian. The company said the accidental inclusion of sausage introduced soy, a major food allergen that was not declared on the product label.

What you can do:

People with a soy allergy or severe sensitivity could face serious or potentially life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume the affected products. The company also advises consumers who do not eat meat to avoid the recalled burritos because they contain sausage.
