Two men trapped after crashing Mercedes into 18-wheeler

HOUSTON, TX - Police investigated a car crash involving an 18-wheeler and a Mercedes happened this morning on Morton at Greenhouse in West Harris county.  The driver of a Mercedes-Benz ran a red light and was struck by a big rig that was loaded with sand.  At the point, the Mercedes was lodged into the back wheels of the truck, and the two men inside the car were trapped for a half hour. They were flown by life flight to the hospital in serious condition.
