An off-duty officer becomes the victim of an attempted carjacking in Montrose then opens fire after he was followed home. The suspects took off after they were fired upon late last night. A short time later, a shooting victim with multiple gunshot wounds was found nearby.

 

A potential robbery victim turns the tables on a couple of crook in north Harris County.

            The victim opened fire on them late last night at an apartment building in the 600 block of cypress station. The suspects were killed.

            Investigators say, there may be a second gunshot victim but that person hasn't been found.

 

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump says Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl should have been executed for leaving his post in Afghanistan. He made the comments at a rally in Las Vegas Thursday.

            Trump says Bergdahl is a "no-good traitor" that would have been shot 30 years ago.

 

Alpha tau omega has revoked the charter and closed its chapter at Indiana University. This follows the release of a video purportedly showing a fraternity member performing a sex act on a woman. The national fraternity's action came just hours after the university announced it had suspended the campus chapter while it investigated the recording that surfaced on social media.
