Thief caught on surveillance wearing a tutu

HOUSTON, TX - Tampa Police are searching for a two unconventional thieves. One is described as wearing a hoodie with an owl on the front of it.  The other, described as a man wearing a tutu or cheerleader outfit and wearing a wig.

Both are accused of breaking into the Tampa Bay Farmers market early Tuesday morning. Surveillance video shows the two breaking the glass door to the business office. The thieves  ended up grabbing a snack. The men ate fruit and drank soda and eventually left.
