The E.G.O. Experience

E.G.O. is a 3 year old nonprofit that stands for Extraordinary Girls Overachieving. The E.G.O. Experience is an early guide to becoming a poised, professional, fearless young star. My goal is to help future young EGOS distinguish themselves from their doubts, fears and peer pressure.

Since 2013 we have held 2 summer camps, each year, having over 50 girls in attendance ages 7-18yrs. E.G.O. summer camps has been hosted by two mega churches, Christian Tabernacle in Houston, TX and First Assembly of God in Lufkin, TX. Just this past year we caught eye from former Channel 2 news anchor Christel Bell and KTRE featured a story on our camp and fashion show. Popular teen fashion stores such as Rue 21 and Maurices have joined forces with The E.G.O. Experience and provided wardrobe and stylists to prepare camp goers for the themed end of the camp fashion show. "Forever Young" by up and coming artist BobbyTru was inspired by The E.G.O. girls and featured some of models on the song. This year E.G.O. has decided to direct The E.G.O. Pageant where each contestant has a chance to create a platform in the community and compete to win one free week of 1 on 1 fashion modeling classes with the director and a 2 hour professional photo shoot. Registration for girls ages 7-15yrs was held in Baytown, Tx May 31, 2015. The E.G.O. Pageant is June 27th at the Baytown Community Center beginning at 3pm.
