He joins a growing list of high-profile people admitting to struggles with their mental health, including "Today" and "The Voice" host Carson Daly and NBA center/forward Kevin Love.
With the stigma of mental health issues fading, treatment is becoming more readily available. Reynolds says he used Headspace, an app that helps teach people how to meditate.

There's a national shortage of psychiatrists, so more Americans are turning to primary care physicians for help, who studies show don't always notice signs of mental health problems, likely because it's not something they get as much exposure to in training.
