Tanker truck overturns in the Heights area
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Crews are offloading material from an overturned tanker truck near West 6th and Rutland.
People are asked to avoid the area. The Houston Fire Department says 18 homes and 30 residents were evacuated near the scene.
Officials say the tanker is not leaking, but the product will have to be off-loaded.
HFD says the product in the tanker is Ethanolamine.
