Southeast Houston shooting under investigation

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Police are investigating a reported shooting in southeast Houston.

Officers arrived to a fuel station on Cullen Boulevard near Yellowstone Boulevard at around 3:50 p.m. Monday and learned that the store owner shot someone who tried to rob him.

The robbery suspect was taken to a hospital where he was undergoing surgery.
