Pothole program officially starts

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Today is the official start of Mayor Sylvester Turner's pothole initiative. Mayor Turner will mark the start of the pothole repair program. In the program, drivers are encouraged to report potholes to #311. The goal is to get them filled within one business day.
