Police pull over wrong car during chase

FOX 26 - A high-speed chase in Austin goes terribly wrong when police end up stopping the wrong car. Police were trying to stop someone in a white PT Cruiser.  Spikes were laid down to stop the car but, somehow got confused and spiked the wrong vehicle. The driver was even handcuffed and placed in a patrol car before officers realized their mistake.
