Police arrest man accused of shooting 3 people to death in Houston

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Authorities have identified the victims as John Sciandra, 67, Jessica Sciandra, 22, and Jordan Collier, 25.

Clair Vincik lives down the street and says a woman who was allegedly inside the house, ran to her home shortly after.
