New water line at full service a week after east Houston flood

HOUSTON - The water line has been returned to full service after a 96-inch water main break spewed water for several hours last week, flooding east Houston streets.

The water line on Clinton Drive burst, spewing water out onto the streets and leaving residents without water for several hours on Thursday afternoon and causing a citywide boil order.
