Museum exhibit dedicated to Sandra Bland

It's been more than two years since Sandra Bland died in Waller County jail. She was arrested for a minor traffic violation in July 2015 and was found hanged to death in her jail cell three days later at the age of 28.

The Houston Museum of African Amercan Culture is sharing Bland's story in a month-long exhibit. Visitors can tour a living room with personal pictures and videos of Bland and sit in a car and watch dashboard camera video of her arrest.

The medical examiner's office ruled Bland's death a suicide, but her family and friends say that is not true.

Bland's mother, Geneva Reed Veal, shares her perspective on the case during an interview with Isiah Carey.
