Murder charges for DWI fatal accident

A suspected drunk driver is facing murder charges for a deadly crash in northwest Harris county. FM 1960 was shut down for hours last night. The deadly wreck happened at 2:00AM this morning.The alleged drunk driver had his 4 year old daughter in the front seat without a seat belt. The driver made a u turn in front of another car causing the accident, that driver was killed on impact. The 4 year old received minor injuries
