Immigrant rights group seeks lawsuit against Texas

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - F.I.E.L. Houston is calling for Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner to file a lawsuit against the State of Texas for passage of Senate Bill 4, known commonly as the law that bans sanctuary cities.

Although the session ended on Memorial Day, the battle may be far from finished.

Some demonstrators at Houston City Hall on Tuesday say the law will have dangerous consequences.
