HSCO seeks identity of man seen on video firing gun out of vehicle

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (FOX 26) - The Harris County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help identifying a man seen in a video shooting a handgun from a vehicle.

Deputies say the male fired a small black handgun several times out the window of the vehicle in northwest or west Harris County sometime in the last few weeks.

HCSO believes the man to be around the age of 19-20 years old with brown hair and a distinctive tattoo on his right forearm.
