How can social media sites be more accountable?

YouTube and Facebook are now taking down videos of teens eating detergent pods trying to kill the "Tide Pod Challenge". YouTube is also now reviewing all of its "Google Preferred" videos—that's it's program for premium advertising—after Logan Paul posted video of himself cracking jokes next to a suicide victim's body.

But there's a lot of videos out there and it may be hard to police them all. So how can social media sites be more accountable? Jeff Balke with Houston Press in on the Factor to discuss this.
