Houstonians say they're being ignored, still struggling after Harvey

Hurricane Harvey was three months ago. That's when the storm system left portions of Houston underwater. Everyone is fine after putting their lives back together, right? Wrong. There are still people struggling.

That's why they are now demanding answers from Houston city leaders.  They say they won't be ignored and they need some help.

On the Factor to talk about this issue is Mary Moreno, a Houston organizer, and Christina Quintero, who has been devastated by Hurricane Harvey.
