Houston truck driver faces 40 counts in deadly pileup

The Houston truck driver involved in the deadly 28-car pileup in Colorado is officially facing charges as of Friday evening.

Rogel Aguilera Mederos was in court on Friday, charged with four counts of vehicular homicide, six counts of first-degree assault, and 24 counts of attempted murder. 

Last month, his truck plowed into stopped traffic, killing four and injuring six. He claims his brakes weren't functioning.
