Houston man wanted in two murders arrested in Virginia

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A fugitive charged in two deadly shootings has been arrested in Arlington, Virginia. 

20-year-old Douglas Alexander Herrera-Hernandez is an alleged MS-13 gang member. Police say earlier this month he shot and killed a man on El Dorado in southeast Houston. Last year he allegedly took part in the killing of a 16-year-old boy in Missouri city, police say.
