Houston man wanted for allegedly beating 9-year-old child with fists, PVC pipe

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The Houston Police Department's Special Victim's Division is asking for the public’s help to find a man wanted for an attack on a 9-year-old child.

42-year-old Milton Dunlap is accused of beating the child with his fists and a PVC pipe.

Investigators say this happened on April 4 at an apartment in the 10700 block of Fondren.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to Dunlap’s arrest.
