HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - John Martin Dixon, who was on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive List in 2025, has taken a plea deal in connection with the shooting of a teen in 2025.

On July 17, 2025, Emmanuel Menchaca was returning home from work when he was allegedly shot by Dixon.
Emmanuel was burying his guinea pig with his younger brother when the shooting occurred outside their home.
