Family witnesses man shot to death

A chilling incident unfolds on Lockwood Drive as a man is fatally shot in front of a family.

Houston - Surveillance video captures a horrific attack as a man is shot to death on Lockwood Drive right in front of a family.

The father says his children are now traumatized.
