On October 14, 2015 Investigators with the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman's office along with the Harris County Pct. 1 Constable's Office conducted an undercover operation in the 200 block of North Vista in North Harris County in response to outcries from the community regarding a high level of prostitution.  The purpose of this operation was not only to curtail the prostitution but to seek out and rescue potential Human Trafficking Victims.

Investigators targeted the suspected prostitutes on the street and the suspected "Johns" trying to solicit them.  Undercover investigators posing as male "Johns" were able to solicit sex for money from the prostitutes on the street. During the course of the same investigation, female undercover investigators posing as street prostitutes were able to make criminal cases on several males trying to purchase sex or sex related acts.  Several males in the area were identified as alleged "Pimps" and are being investigated further by the Harris County Precinct 4 Human Trafficking Unit.

As a result of the investigation, four (4) individuals Johnson, Diamond Keishaa, Perry, Jamoya D., Frazier, Matthias & Burrel, Louis were arrested and charged with various Felony and Misdemeanor cases including Prostitution, Promotion of Prostitution, Soliciting Prostitution, Assault, and Possession of Marijuana.  Additionally, 6 criminal warrants were served.
