Health care in the Lone Star state - What's Your Point
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Texas leads the nation in the number of children with no health coverage. In fact, 1 in every 5 American children without health insurance lives in Texas.
The state's rainy-day fund has grown to 12.5 billion dollars, the obvious question for the panel should some of that money go to protect the nearly 830,000 children that are uninsured?
