Shots fired outside Harris Co. Walmart; no injuries
HOUSTON - No one was injured when a disgruntled former employee fired shots outside a Harris County Walmart on Monday, the sheriff says.

What we know:
According to the sheriff’s office, the incident was initially reported as an active shooter around 1 p.m., but the investigation revealed that was not the case.
The sheriff's office says a former employee, who has been identified as 22-year-old Armando Soto, got into an argument with management, brandished a weapon toward staff and then walked outside.
That's where, authorities say, Soto fired several shots into the air.
Deputies who responded to the scene reported that no one was injured, and Soto had fled the scene.
Authorities got information about the Soto's vehicle. The sheriff says District 4 patrol deputies saturated the area and quickly located the possible suspect, taking him into custody.
The sheriff says there is no further danger to the area.

An investigation was being conducted at the scene on Monday afternoon.
Two counts of aggravated assault were filed against 22-year-old Armando Soto.
