German Olympic team coach Henze dies following car crash in Rio

RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) — A German Olympic canoe coach has died from injuries suffered when the taxi he was in crashed last week on its way to the athletes village in Rio de Janeiro. Stefan Henze was a silver medalist at the 2004 games.
