A four-year-old boy's mother is dead in an apparent murder suicide at a motel in the West Chase District, and the boy may have witnessed the shooting.

Police are searching for a man wanted for sexual assault. According to authorities, Lee Smith III, who also goes by Justin Lee Smith, is known to pose as a doctor to lure victims.

Blaine Boudreaux was sentenced to 80 years in prison. He killed two people during a drug fueled driving rampage in 2015. Today, family members of the 6-year-old boy killed gave victim impact statements.

Houston City Council voted yes to amend an ordinance, making it illegal to have sex with a mechanical object in a Houston business. This could impact a company's plans to open a so-called sex robot brothel on Richmond Avenue.

A Cy-Fair ISD police officer accused of raping a 12-year-old girl will make his first court appearance as early as tomorrow. According to police, he could face additional charges.
